When a customer places an order, your team can either produce the item on demand or adjust existing stock to meet client specifications. This flexible model helps minimise inventory overhead while offering customers tailored, high-quality options.

– Free Size Exchanges: For customers who pay before delivery, BiggieWears offers a complimentary size exchange, allowing them to switch to the correct fit if needed. This policy enhances the customer experience by reducing concerns around sizing accuracy.

– Tailor’s Measuring Tape: Each order includes a free measuring tape, helping customers verify their measurements and avoid sizing issues. This initiative promotes accuracy and reduces returns, ensuring a more seamless shopping experience.

Modelling and Product Descriptions

– Product Descriptions: When submitting products for listing, please include both short and long descriptions for each item, along with the product name. This information helps convey essential details to customers and enriches their shopping experience. Additionally, send us your best price for each item, it should be as low as possible and profitable to you so we don’t push customers away due to overpriced product listings.

Payment Delivery and Return Policy:

– Payment Timeline: Payment for orders will be issued to partner brands 7 days after item delivery. This period accounts for our 7-day return policy, which allows customers to return items within 7 days of receipt. This policy ensures a fair and consistent approach to order fulfilment and brand payments.

Delivery Partnership: To guarantee reliable and efficient delivery, BiggieWears has partnered with SHIIP (https://goshiip.com/) for logistics. We are committed to a streamlined shipping process and may consider alternative delivery providers in the future to enhance service efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Shipping Time Frame: Orders should be shipped immediately or within Ten (10) working days. So for those who want to produce the product items to deliver, you have a maximum of Ten (10) working days to produce and ship that product item.

– Short and Long Descriptions: Each product listing should include a short description for quick viewing and a detailed, long description that outlines features, materials, and styling options. Additionally, each product should be clearly labelled with a name to ensure ease of reference.

3. Size and Customization Options:

– Available Sizes: Please specify the sizes available for each item listed on BiggieWears. This helps customers make informed choices and allows us to streamline order processing.
